The positions we are recruiting for are Construction and Mechanical & Electrical and we have several position in both areas.
The successful candidates will need to be capable of working under their own initiative and on occasions as part of a team
If you can demonstrate an ability to undertake inspections of building work in progress, liaising with Contractors plus prepare all necessary reports for Contract Administrators and Employers then please contact us for further information regarding these roles.
Knowledge of Housing corporation scheme developments standards and modern processes within the Construction industry would also be beneficial but not essential.
The work will involve undertaking regular inspections of construction work to monitor progress, verify compliance with contractual drawings, warranty standards and identifying any discrepancies.
Preparing detailed weekly reports and organising any snagging inspections alongside the client.
