Job Description:

 

Duties will include:

 

•             Pre-construction Budgeting

 

•             Procurement of plant, labour and materials

 

•             Programming of works

 

•             Design review

 

•             Technical Submittals

 

•             Co-ordination of direct staff and sub-contractors (services & construction) on site

 

•             Controlling and reporting on financials

 

•             Complete commercial control and profitability

 

•             Reporting into the Mechanical director and liaising with the client

 

•             Delivery

 

•             Handover

 

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

•             Fast track Office Fit Out (Cat A & B) experience

•             Experience on projects up to £1.5M
