Job Description:

Our client are market Leading Office Design, Fit-Out & Workplace Experts that have been trading for 40  years specialising in CAT A and CAT B office fit out and refurbishments ranging in size from 1,000 sq. ft. to 120,000 sq. ft. operating on a full turnkey basis in central London. They are a financially robust company and are projected to achieve a turnover in excess of £80million in 2018. Our client has built up a reputation of being a professionally run, cool and slick company that pride  

General Purpose of Role:

• To take part in the whole sale meaning both qualifying and closing leads will be involved in this role.

• To be primarily phone based.

• Communicate with Seniors, Directors and the main decision makers within companies that are looking to move office space either now or in the near future.

• Maintain client relationships.

• Work to and exceed set targets.

• Permanent role.

Professional and Personal Skills and Experience:

The key personality traits required in this individual not only to fulfil the role, but also to fit in to the company culture.

• Strong past experience in telesales speaking to those of a high level within the company (E.g Seniors, Directors, Managers etc)

• Ability to build internal and external relationships

• Excellent telephone manner

• Resilient

• Fully committed to the role, with desire to succeed

• Looking to progress within the company

• Team player
