Bid Coordinator

£30,000 (Depending on experience)
Job Description:

Our client provides specialist construction skills for all forms of fit-out, refurbishment and new build, from project initiation to aftercare split across three companies. The company aims to be a £50m company next year and their bid team will play a key part in achieving their objective. The bid coordinator supports the business by coordinating the bid response process and delivering publications in line with the company’s brand, position and processes.

Our client seeks: 

A determined individual with Bid experience to coordinate the pre-contracts team to achieve high quality, winning submissions that meet the Company objectives. They will be expected to provide creative ideas and complete high quality accurate PQQs as well as well-presented enquiry documentation for tenders. The ideal profile of the successful individual is someone who reflects regularly on their own experiences and performance, and constantly seek to improve. They can be from a graphic design background.

The right candidate will have:

•   InDesign experience

•   Experience in coordinating bids

The right candidate will be:

•  Presentable

•  Personable

•  Creative
