£45,000 - £56,000 (DOE) + Package
Job Description:


Our client is a Residential Developer that specialises in delivering upmarket and Quality developments and pride themselves on their product delivery. The company has been established for over 30 years and the key to their success has been delivering well designed and award winning homes. They work across the UK but we are in particular seeking candidates in the Oxfordshire region.

Role: Site Manager        

We are seeking Site Managers that will report into a Contracts Manager/Project Manager on Traditional Residential schemes in the Oxford Area. The role will involve managing the Construction process according to the site programme and managing a range of subcontractors.


• Managing & coordinating the programmed works

• Managing Subcontractors

• Daily checks on the work being carried out by various trades including enclosed spaces where dust/fumes may be present

• Managing & Maintaining Health & Safety onsite

• Quality Assurance

• Proactively respond to issues on site


Candidates must have experience of:

• Have an understanding of the construction process

• Competency in Scaffold Awareness, Traffic Management, Lifting Ops are desirable

• Hold valid and up to date SMST, First Aid, CSCS

• Confidence and ability to answer a range of technical questions from colleagues, sub-contractors and customers

• Able to present a credible and professional image to colleagues and customers through the presentation of relevant technical information

• Excellent verbal, communication, and written skills

• Excellent IT skills to aid achievement of work objectives

• A motivator of others with good management skills

• Problem solver

• Self-motivated and pro-active

• Strong time management abilities

• Able to work at heights

• Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality build

• You will have worked in the house building industry in a similar role

• Experience working to NHBC standards

• Experience of providing excellent customer service

What they are offering:

A competitive annual of Salary of £45,000 - £56,000 depending on experience plus a benefits package.
