Job Description:


Our client is a multi-discipline Building Services Contractor having already grown to an annual turnover in excess of £50m over the past 10 years. The have accomplished this through ongoing and solidified relationships with some of the UK's finest developers and Main contractors within the New Build Residential Sector. Clients include The Berkeley Group, Mace and Lend lease with project values ranging from £4M to £25M.

This is a medium sized company that values its staff, rewards achievements and is expanding at a rate that is not conducive to a loss of quality or pride in their workmanship. The environment is one that can facilitate growth and sustained progression, which is not to say that it won’t be challenging, so successful candidates will need to have a passion and drive to succeed.


• Manage the delivery of a D&B residential development in London with a value exceeding £10M +

• Developing and implementing project plans and schedules of work, appointing subcontractors and monitoring progress.

• Implementing a buying department to improve and sustain project financial targets.

• Ordering materials from suppliers, developing excellent ongoing relationships to minimise costs whilst not compromising on quality.

• Making sure that all procurement and contracting activities are carried out in accordance with legislation & company policy.

• Safeguarding the company’s interests.

• Monitoring contract budgets & forecasts.

• Settling final accounts with Main contractors upon completion of contracts

• Ensuring the timely completion of projects in line with the agreed schedule of works, monitoring progress and liaising with clients
