Salary: £25,000 + Annual Bonus

General purpose of role:

The general purpose of this role is to provide general support to the Sales Team as well as being the CRM super-user and researcher.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be a CRM Super-user and primary CRM administrator including producing regular sales reports as required by Head of Sales.

• Research CRM to discover project leads & uncover or qualify market knowledge

• Maintenance of various databases including logistics, suppliers and project orders

• Work with Sales & Marketing to develop the company’s “keeping in touch strategy” as well as e-campaigns, events, joint client press releases and awards.

• Financial administration including completing customer credit checks, credit card reconciliations and processing overhead invoices.

• Specific office administration and support consisting of; incoming and outgoing post, answering the phones and dealing with enquiries, ordering/organising food, travel, couriers, taxis, cards/presents, assisting with arranging social events, updating the holiday chart, updating supplier contact database in outlook.

• Saving order acknowledgements and updating MACS with information & weekly outstanding order acknowledgement report.

• Compiling operation and maintenance manuals for clients

• Post order sales support for project coordination team

Professional Skills & Experience:

• Database experience essential including CRM

• Previous office based work experience in either a sales support, customer service, administrator role or telemarketing preferably within the Commercial Property market

• Basic telesales training a must (open, investigate, qualify & close)

• Microsoft Office

• Excellent telephone manner

• GSCE Maths and English grade A-C

• Good communication skills - written and over the phone

• Preferred experience of making sales appointments
