Job Description:

The Senior Electrical Estimator will be overseeing a trainee as well as working alongside a 3 man Mechanical team.

•  Preparing estimates from initial tender enquiry, to tender submission, including OH, prelims, etc. Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, better buying and offering value engineering options.

•  Completing tender documentation including tender Appraisals, pre tender reviews, mid tender reviews, cost plans, pre tender adjudications, Client RFI's.

•  Managing enquiries and quotations to and from suppliers for materials, equipment and specialist subcontractors.

•  Attendance to pre tender meetings, mid tender meeting and pre contract meetings.

•  Presenting internal tender to contract handover meetings
