Our Client is a small residential developer that has been in operation for over 20 years and have been building on average 100 new homes annually, ranging from bespoke luxury homes, which include the highest level of specification, to family homes and superior collections of apartments. Our client is based in Surrey and operate mainly in the East Sussex and Surrey area. They are small company that operate on a smaller scheme with schemes up to 100 units but the average project will have 10-20 units.
Scheme – Surrey
The development is a small site that consists of 4 traditional build townhouses that are valued at £1 million each and consist of 4&5 bedroom houses that are built to a high specification. The project is currently underway. After the completion of this project they have two other projects that are in the pipeline and these will be bigger schemes which range up to 50 units in the Surrey area.
Senior Site Manager – Up to £58,000 + Package (Car Allowance, Healthcare, Pension and Bonus)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager that will be running this current project to finish. The site manager will be responsible for the overall build process and will be number 1 on site. After the completion of this particular project the Site Manager will be moving on to a bigger project as number 1 and will be running any future scheme as number 1 and will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. The Senior Site Manager will be purely concentrating on the delivery side and will not be involved in the commercial side or the planning side.
The candidate will be report into the Managing Director
Duties include:
• Managing and Co-coordinating the Programed works
• Managing Subcontractors
• Carrying out quality assurance
• Manage logistics
• Ensuring the site is maintained in a clean and safe manner
• Implementing Health and Safety
• Short term programming
• Liaising with clients
• Handover to buyers
