We have been secured exclusively by a key client as a rare opportunity has arisen to join this market leading main contractor. Our client has been established for over 65 years with a turnover circa £100m and are pound for pound one of the best and most successful fit out and refurbishment contractors in central London. They focus on a number of sectors from gutsy cut and carve refurbishments to beautiful commercial cat b fit out works so if variety of work is what you are seeking this could be perfect for you.

Projects typically range from £500,000 being carried out by a specialist small works division, to £20m carried out by either the refurbishment or fit out divisions which are broken up into Healthcare, workplace or leisure teams.  

This opportunity is unusually rare due to the staff turnover being exceptionally low, however an influx of high profile work has been won and the need to strengthen the management team has sparked us into action as we have a long standing relationship with this client.

A brief on what the role entails

On behalf of our client we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work under a senior project manager on a £10m cat A fit out over 20 weeks. The project is located in ST Catherine’s Dock and is already on site; therefore all pre-construction work is complete. We are looking for a project manager who has the capability and proven experience to be part of an existing team to deliver a project of the highest possible standard. The project will be split in to two £5m sections one of which will lead by, potentially you! There will be multiple trade sequencing, look ahead programming, reporting, design development and logistical responsibilities to take charge of whilst managing a large number of sub-contractors and your own delivery team TSM and CM.
