Contracts Manager

Job Description:


Our Client, have been established for over 120 years with a current turnover in the region of £86m They operate out of several locations, working on a range of new build, refurbishment, restoration, and design and build projects. Projects range from £500k to £12m, where they provide a turnkey service for smaller projects. They work within many different sectors including education, healthcare, sports and leisure and defence sectors.


Education – Healthcare – Commercial – Sports and Leisure  – Defence


A Contracts Manager to be based from their Guildford office.  You will be responsible for managing 3 to 4 live sites at any one time between the areas of Southampton to Lewes. You’ll be reporting to the Construction Director with your main duties including managing multiple projects from tender interview through to PC, programme, plan, design manage, progress report, manage site teams and Q/A.


The skills and experience required to successfully fulfil the role.

•  Multi job, managing site quality, H&S, CDM, progress and programming experience

•  Document control – Test & Inspection regime, site documents, H&S paperwork.

•  Extensive Refurbishment experience across sectors

•  Preferably Healthcare experience

•  Preparation of reports, programmes, etc.
