Furniture Project Coordinator

£35k to £40k+ Commission (Dependent on Experience)
Job Description:

The Client:

A very well known, specialist Commercial Office Fit Out and Furniture contractor with an annual turnover of circa £35m. The team provide their clients with an intelligent and holistic approach which covers every element of every project they undertake. They believe in using creativity to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Their in-house team of RIBA architect-led specialists combine a passion for office design with quality execution. From first draft to furniture, they take care of every detail, every step of the way, bringing tailor-made projects to life, on budget, on time and on vision.

The Role:

A highly motivated and organised individual who, above all, cares about what they do. This role will encompass a diverse range of duties working within the Furniture arm of a very successful Commercial Office Fit Out business. System Furniture experience is essential and 2-3 years’ experience of working with large projects is preferable. Responsibilities include client liaison, preparing quotations / raising purchase orders, working on tenders, furniture procurement, logistical planning and creating client presentations as well as some account management.

The right candidate will have

·         Experience in the Commercial Office furniture sector

·         Excellent account management skills

·         Tender and furniture procurement experience

·         The ability to prepare quotes and raise purchase orders
