The Company:

Our client established by 8 directors formerly of one of the country’s largest fit out and refurbishment principal contractors in London around 11 years ago. They started life as a commercial fit out contractor but during the recession diversified into a range of other sectors including heavy refurbishment and new build within the commercial, high specification residential, hotel, education and healthcare sectors. As the market recovered they put a divisional director in charge of each sector and have now established an excellent reputation within the central London market. They pride themselves on building strong and long lasting relationships with a wide range of clients and professional teams, which means they negotiate a large number of projects. Due to the logistically challenging and mentally stimulating nature of the work undertaken they attract a number of excellent managers from some of the country’s biggest contractors. Having amassed a turnover of circa £90m last year, they are forecasting around £120m for this year, their average project will typically range in contract value between £10m - £20m in contract value.

Our client aims to provide all of their staff with career development and supplementary training with mile stones and targets set for progression up the ranks in their business.
