They turn over circa £90m and with the addition of some major projects in late 2016 and 2017, they’re looking to progress and reach the £130m turnover mark in 2017. The role:

With increased project volume around the UK our client are branching out to the West of England, and for this particular project they’re seeking a Project Manager to join their team. It’s a complex £21m high end residential/restoration project in an affluent area of northern Somerset with heavy civils and structural work to be carried out to the existing building. That being said, the ideal candidate must have civils and structural experience alongside a strong health and safety knowledge, day to day site running, logistics and Q/A experience.

They’re a company who pride themselves on looking after their staff so it’s important you’re easy to get along with, hardworking and have strong stakeholder management skills as you’ll be liaising with the client, sub-contractors, colleagues and staff from all disciplines.

In return my client will offer a negotiable salary, Pension, and travel depending on experience.
